I'll elaborate later on, but for now let it suffice that I've been working on mostly film and video work for the past year-and-a-half.
...and then I bought myself a D3. I haven't shot so much since I got my first SLR back in the ninth grade.
I usually favor the rich detail and velvety texture of large format film, but I caved in to the convenience of digital, just like I caved into the convenience of the iPod after having carried my Discman and CD binder around with me (proudly I might add) for ten years prior. I've had my D3 for four months now, and I love it to pieces.
Aside from the odd snapping spree, fashion shoot, and documentary, I haven't had much time for drawing. I'm actually trying to devote more time to schoolwork and bringing up my GPA, since this is my last year at RIT. (All that drawing took time, and the truth is I didn't have any. That's how much I love what I do.) That doesn't mean I don't have anything in store. A few fanarts, and a whole lot of photos! ^^
Well, I'll be around.
